In it's 20th year, Paris Photo international art fair is dedicated to the photographic medium, and remains key rendez-vous for dealers, collectors, curators, artists and art aficionados.
Galerie Daniel Templon will be exhibiting a group of David LaChapelle's works this year including Seismic Shift (2012), and selections from the Earth Laughs in Flowers (2008-2012), and Gas Station (2012) series.
Founded in 1966, Galerie Daniel Templon celebrates this year its 50th anniversary, this becoming one of the oldest contemporary art galleries in Paris. Many important artists now part of art history have shown with the gallery. To name a few: Andre, Arman, Basquiat, Boltanski, Buren, César, Clemente, Cucchi, Immendorff, Flavin, Judd, Haring, Kelly, de Kooning, Lichtenstein, Newton, Rauschenberg, Schnabel, Stella, Warhol among many others.
Paris Photo Art Fair hopes to bring together, enrich, enlighten, and to incite debates and exchanges. The fair expects some 60 000 visitors who will be able to discover the artists of 153 galleries, all housed in The Grand Palais.
